Dritek Foundation Solutions Case Studies: Sinking Foundation in Lilburn, GA

Challenge

Mr. Cesko called Dritek Foundation Solutions out to his home in Lilburn, GA to look at his cracking foundation. His concern is that the home was settling far more than "normal" and he wanted to be sure that nothing was wrong. A Design Specialist came out to inspect his home and discovered that something was wrong with the foundation in his basement. 

Solution

Upon closer inspection, the Design Specialist discovered that the home needed to have push piers installed underneath the foundation of the home in order to stabilize the foundation.
