Dritek Foundation Solutions Case Studies: Front Porch Steps in Canton, GA

Challenge

Ms. Cruce called Dritek Foundation Solutions because the stairs leading to the front porch were sinking and settling. She noticed the problem over the past ten years or so, and the problem kept on getting worse. She said, she finally had enough and called Dritek out to permanently fix the problem. Design Specialist Tyler Coleman went to inspect the home, and found a solution to help Ms. Cruce.

Solution

Design Specialist Tyler Coleman stated that two helical pier would help solve the the problems of the settling front steps. The production foreman Juan Hernandez installed the two helical piers to stabilize and lift the front porch steps.
