On a daily basis, I strive to provide exceptional support handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments and installations while collaborating with other departments to ensure customers needs are met.
I find immense satisfaction in being able to help customers find solutions to their foundation and concrete repair needs. Being able to make a positive impact on their experience is fulfilling.
In my spare time, I dedicate my energy to animal rescue. I volunteer my time towards supporting rescue organizations with advocacy, transport, fostering, and adoptions of pets in need. I have a hidden talent of being a "foster failure" as I have quite the pack of former rescue pets at my home!
